We moved here from Portland Oregon six months ago and came to Jim Sigel for service on our two Hondas vehicles. We haven't gone anywhere else since. Great service and staff. Jake and KC are both knowledgeable and very easy to talk to. I would recommend to both family and friends.

Purchased my new car here a year ago - purchase was quick and easy with Russell's help. Taking it in for routine services is a piece of cake. They schedule you quickly, take you in quickly and then shuttle you where you need to go. Good people.

They did not try to get more money out of me than I said I wanted to spend and they gave me more than I expected on my trade-in. My experience and Jim Sigel Automotive was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and no pressure! I emailed and talked to the salesman several times and he always answered my questions in a timely fashion. I started the process on Friday ...and they delivered my new Pathfinder Monday in Portland (they wanted to do Saturday but I was out of town). The whole process was quick and painless. Jim single is amazing! Chris, our salesman, was amazing. No pressure, it was more what do you want, and that is how it should be.! He helped me get into a Honda civic Si. And the color I wanted was white. It had to be white or no deal. And he made it happen that day. It was the easiest process ev...er and he is so funny and fun, which made it stress free. We recently purchased a 2013 EXL Honda Odyssey from Jim Sigel in Grants Pass and very much enjoyed our experience. I had done a great deal of research on this particular vehicle and had called several dealerships in Oregon. With the new 2014s coming out, options were limited regarding color and the... features we were looking for. Fortunately, Grants Pass had what we were looking for and Robin Bresley was happy and eager to work with me. She was straight forward, honest, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. We traveled from Portland down to Grants Pass once we solidified the deal and the process for pick up and paper work was smooth.
